Course Description:
Prerequisites: THE 151 or THE 157 or Sophomore: This team-taught course will proceed as a question-based dialogue about the role of beauty in higher education drawing on both philosophical and theological perspectives. It will cover a wide range of topics including the purpose of education in light of the nature of the human person, the importance of beauty in the human experience, and the effects of technology –including AI –on education, at both theoretical and practical levels.
