Course Description:
Prerequisite: BUA 302, 311. The basic content of the course includes (1) and overview of the means of conducting international business, with an emphasis on what makes international different from domestic; (2) the effects of culture, economy, politics, and laws within countries on the conduct of international business; (3) the major theories explaining international trade; (4) the financial exchange system; (5) modes of entry; (6) corporate strategy alternatives for global operations; and (7) production and marketing strategies for international activities.
