On October 28, 2025, public safety officers were alerted to a physical altercation in the Connor Convocation Center. Upon arival the public safety officers found one party present and recieving medical attention for a minor injury from Thomas More University's athletic training staff and the other involved party had departed campus. Edgewood EMS responded and confirmed that the injured party did not want further medical evaluation or care. Edgewood Police department responded and took the injured party's accout of the incident. During the subsequent investigation, public safety was able to confirm that a physical altercation had taken place between two students. Neither party elected to press charges against the other. The matter was referred to the Dean of Students for potential disciplinary action.
