Thomas More University, located in beautiful Crestview Hills, Kentucky, is seeking an individual possessing a combination of interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and a customer service orienation to be an on-site Enrollment Coach in our department of Accelerated and Graduate Admissions.

What You Will Do: 

The primary responsibility of an Enrollment Coach in the Department of Accelerated and Graduate Admissions is to serve as a key member of the enrollment team, dedicated to planning and executing recruitment and admissions strategies to attract and support adult and non-traditional learners. This role involves guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing personalized support to address their unique needs, and fostering relationships that align with the university's mission to promote academic and personal growth.

As an Enrollment Coach, you will:

  • Guide and Advise Students: Be a trusted resource for prospective students, answering questions about programs, start dates, financial aid, and transfer credits. Help them envision their path by drafting degree plans and hosting in-person or phone appointments.
  • Oversee Admissions Files: Review and manage admissions files, ensuring completeness. Make admissions decisions or forward files to committees when necessary, always advocating for the best student outcomes.
  • Engage in Recruitment: Represent the university at community college visits, college fairs, job fairs, and special events, inspiring future students to join our programs.
  • Collaborate and Communicate: Serve as a liaison between students, faculty, staff, and administration to ensure a seamless admissions experience.
  • Maintain Accuracy and Organization: Input and manage student information in the CRM, ensuring records are complete and accessible.
  • Enhance Marketing Efforts: Work with IT and external vendors to update website content and marketing materials, showcasing the best of what we offer.
  • Contribute to the University: Prepare routine reports, serve on committees, and participate in professional development opportunities, helping drive innovation in recruitment and admissions.

Qualifications:
