Position/Rank

Thomas More University seeks a full-time, entry-level, Assistant / Associate Professor in the Department of Business Administration teaching Finance beginning Fall 2024.

This position is for a doctorally-qualified (terminal degrees) candidate from a regionally accredited institution. Experience with online course delivery is strongly preferred. The position entails teaching at the UG or graduate-level courses as well as, potentially, some of the following: Management Information Systems; Business Law; Managerial Accounting; Operations, Logistics and Production; Transnational Management; Management Science and Modeling, as well as other courses.

All faculty members should be current on topics and practices related to the discipline.

Qualifications

Candidates must have a terminal degree (PhD, DBA or CPA) . Applicants should have up-to-date skills in and familiarity with technology and learning-management systems. Candidates must have a demonstrated ability and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Appointment Start Date: January, 2025 or as soon as possible.
