Thomas More University is seeking an individual possessing a combination of Cultural Competency, Leadership, and Knowledge of Immigration and Compliance Regulations to be an on-site Director of Global Education and Designated School Official (DSO).
The Director of Global Education and DSO is responsible for leading the institution’s international programs, managing relationships with foreign partner institutions, overseeing study abroad opportunities, and ensuring compliance with federal immigration regulations for international students and scholars. This role involves advising students on immigration matters, developing policies that enhance global education, and ensuring the institution's compliance with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP).

Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in International Education, Higher Education, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with international students or global education programs, preferably in a higher education setting.
