Description

Basic Purpose   

To assistant with all aspects of the softball program. This position will include a full tuition waiver in a Thomas More Graduate School, a monthly stipend, and room and board.

 

Core Competencies

• College softball playing and/or coaching experience (preferably pitching/catching)

Principal Duties & Activities

 

• Day to day operations
• Planning and executing practice (team and individual)
• Recruiting
• Marketing / social media
• Camps and clinics
• Academic progress of student-athletes
• Game day management
• Other duties as assigned by Head Coach / Athletic Director / Student Life Office

 

Education, Specialized and/or Technical Knowledge Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree and admittance into a Thomas More Graduate Program
