Basic Purpose
The Registration Coordinator fulfills the mission of the Office of the Registrar. The primary role of the Registration Coordinator is to provide assistance to students, faculty, and staff.

- Strong interpersonal skills for working with faculty, staff, alumni, and students
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of student records and information
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain course schedules and room assignments. This includes may include working with academic departments on schedule timelines, reviews, and approvals.
- Process all registration forms and paperwork, including add/drops, withdrawals, independent study, co-operative education, etc.
- Serve as a resource for students, faculty, staff, and administration with registration related questions and issues as well as provide guidance in the navigation of MyTMU.
- Process and track all registration and grades for the dual credit program.
- Responsible for all consortium processes, including registration, reports, and grades.
- Produce official transcripts, monitor the transcript services administrative site, resolve issues and review orders.
- Responsible for all verification processing, including through the National Student Clearinghouse.
- Assist with Registrar-related events including commencement and orientations.
Secondary Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare incoming forms to be scanned.
- Scan and index all records.
- Assist with cleaning up data error reports.
- Answer phones and respond to emails from students, parents, faculty, and general public.
- Assist with the supervision of student workers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education, Specialized and/or Technical Knowledge Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Preferred knowledge of Jenzabar student information system
