Courtney (Neltner) Kleier joined Thomas More University as the Alumni Director in fall of 2022. In 2024, she was promoted to also oversee Annual Giving, before being asked in 2025 to lead the newly created Office of Community and Government Relations and become a primary occupant and university representative in the OneNKY Center in Covington. Previously, she worked at the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce in Public Affairs and Government Advocacy on behalf of the business community. On a personal note, she's a Northern Kentucky native who enjoys urban living with her family and dog. In her spare time, Courtney enjoys reading, history documentaries, gardening, and a warm firepit on a cool evening.
