Choe Sergent, Ph.D., joined the faculty at Thomas More University as an assistant professor in organizational management and ethical leadership in the fall of 2022. Before this, Sergent’s academic experience included serving as an assistant vice president of university outreach at Campbellsville University. Sergent’s professional experience includes serving numerous nonprofit organizations in various roles including the positions of director and several board of trustee roles. Sergent also pastors a church in Boyle County and is married to Amanda with whom they have three children. In his free time Sergent enjoys gardening, woodworking, and hunting.
