Areas of expertise include elementary and STEM education, educational technology, and classroom environments.
Research interests include self-efficacy in STEM teaching and learning, preservice elementary preparedness in STEM disciplines, integrated STEM teaching and learning, and field experiences in STEM educator programs.
Dr. Campbell is an assistant professor in the education department and joined Thomas More University full-time in the fall of 2020. His professional background is in elementary education and taught elementary grades for 9 years. His specializations are in elementary and STEM education and he holds a doctorate in Education Sciences (STEM education concentration).
