Additional Information

Robert Arnold started as a full-time faculty member at Thomas More in 1995. He holds a Juris Doctorate from Northern Kentucky University Chase College of Law (1992), a doctorate with a concentration in sports marketing from Union Institute (2004), a Master of Business Administration from Xavier University (1984), and a Bachelor of Science in food technology from the University of Kentucky (1983).  While teaching as part of the Robert W. Plaster College of Business, Arnold initiated three new programs, the Bachelor of Arts in sports and entertainment marketing, The Bachelor of Arts in tourism and recreation management, and the Bachelor of Arts in law.

Arnold served as the acting dean of the Robert W. Plaster College of Business and also as the chair of the Department of Business Administration. He currently serves as the director of admissions for the Graduate and Accelerated Programs.

In addition to his role as a full-time professor, Arnold has been a member of the Kentucky Bar Association since 1992. His law practice focuses on consulting on business formation, contract negotiation, and sports & entertainment personal representation. His professional experience began in sales management and later transitioned into brand management in the agricultural industry. More recently, recognizing the need for athletic training facilities in the Northern Kentucky community to support youth sports, Arnold built Next Level Academy in 2012, a practice and training facility located in Wilder, Kentucky. He was also elected mayor of the City of Wilder in 2018.

Arnold serves on the Brighton Center Properties Board and as a member of the Board for the Buenger Boys and Girls Club. He is also a graduate of Leadership Northern Kentucky.
