I chose to come to Thomas More for its commitment to challenging students of all faiths to examine the ultimate meaning of life, their place in the world, and their respon-sibility to others.
I joined Thomas More in the fall of 2016. I am an active teacher-scholar. Currently I teach the senior seminar sequence, upper-level class in my areas of specialty, and introductory courses in US and World History. Following the publication of my book in 2021, I published an article in 2023 on my new research focused on the role of cemeteries in the production of historical and collective memory.
