Michelle L. Vezina is an Assistant Professor in the Robert W. Plaster College of Business at Thomas More University (TMU), where she teaches undergraduate and graduate courses and advises students, with a focus on management, human resources, and sustainability. With some 30 years of experience in educational management, she brings a strong blend of academic and administrative expertise, having previously served TMU as Registrar and its current School Certifying Official for VA educational benefits. Dr. Vezina recently published a peer-reviewed article in a top-tier academic journal with international readership, contributing to scholarship and innovation in her field. She holds a Ph.D. in Leadership with a Business Administration emphasis from the University of the Cumberlands, an M.B.A. from Thomas More University, and both an M.S. in Human Resource Development and a B.A. in Organizational Communications from Xavier University. Originally from Buffalo, New York, she resides in Northern Kentucky and is a proud parent of Erik (TMU '24)!
