Carrie Jaeger, Ph.D., is a life-long resident of Northern Kentucky. She joined Thomas More in the spring of 2009 as an adjunct professor. Jaeger has been a full-time assistant professor in the Business Administration Department since the fall of 2015. She holds a bachelor's degree in biology, a Masters of Business Administration degree, and a doctorate in leadership with a focus on business management. Jaeger also holds certifications in food science, as well as Black Belt Lean Six Sigma.
Jaeger teaches in both the undergraduate and graduate programs at Thomas More University. Her main areas of focus include: Introduction to Business; Leadership and Negotiation; Supervision and Management; and Organizational Behavior. Her research and publications center around process improvement initiatives.
In May of 2014, she was honored to receive the Outstanding Part-time Teacher Award at the University, and in 2023 she was the Region Three Baccalaureate/Graduate recipient of the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) Teaching Excellence Award.
