AUDIENCE

This policy applies to all members of the Thomas More College community.

THE POLICY

Thomas More College is committed to providing an environment in which all persons are safe from discrimination and which adheres to all federal and state laws banning discrimination.  Aligning with this commitment, Thomas More College will not discriminate against any employee, applicant for employment, student, or applicant for admission on the basis of race, color, religion or creed, disability of a qualified individual, veteran status, military service, age, national or ethnic origin (including ancestry), citizenship, genetic information, pregnancy, sex, or sexual preference (or orientation).

HISTORY

This policy replaces all existing non-discrimination policies (as listed below).  The purpose of this revision is to ensure compliance with all federal and state protected classes.
