Course Description:

Prerequisites: BIO 211, 211L, 212, 212L, 216, 216L; CHEM 103, 103L 104, 104L, or permission of instructor. Open to non-nursing majors. The focus of this course is on the physiological and pathological mechanisms causing alterations in the homeodynamic condition, laying a foundation for the application of the nursing process with individuals, families, and groups.
