Course Description:
Prerequisite: BUA321 Intermediate Finance is the second course in corporate finance. Problems involving asset valuation and risk assessment will be explored with greater complexity. Additional topics of mergers and bankruptcies will be explored. An overview of derivative securities with risk management will be introduced.
