Course Description:
Pre-requisite: EXS 430. This course allows students to apply physiological concepts of exercise and develop various programs that will enhance metabolic, musculoskeletal, and cardiopulmonary systems throughout the lifespan. Topics will incluse health screenings, exercise risk assessment, methods of exercise testing, ergometer spirometer energy expenditure, and body composition.
