Course Description:
This course is an overview of biochemical laboratory methods that include isolation, purification, and characterization of proteins and nucleic acids. It is designed to familiarize students with common techniques that are currently used in biochemistry research. This course will enhance their understanding of biochemical principles by hands-on application of bioethical techniques.
