Course Description:
Prerequisites: BUA105 and BUA205. This course explores the principles, strategies, and best practices of employee training and development within organizations. Students will examine the theoretical foundations of learning and performance improvement, with a focus on instructional design, needs assessment, training methodologies, and evaluation techniques. Topics include adult learning theories, e-learning technologies, leadership development, diversity and inclusion in training, and the impact of training on organizational effectiveness. Through case studies and practical applications, students will develop the skills necessary to design, implement, and assess training programs that align with business objectives and enhance workforce capabilities
