Course Description:
Course Requirement: Enrollment in TAP. An introduction to the customer-value concept. Students will learn how a firm creates customer value through its value-delivery system, which includes logistics, product and service transformations, marketing and after-sales service, and customer retention. Students will also study how to leverage core competencies within the customer-value system to create and sustain competitive advantage.
